Huis Clo and the best jacket of the season

One of the most expected collection of this SPWF is the Huis Clos, by Clô Orozco, on the first roll of the show several famous actress in their 40^th all dressed by the designer.

She presented light yellow, blue and different shades of brown, a very chic yet not opulent collection, lots of masculine wooden insole shoes in cream color to be worn with jumpers and loose dresses.

High point for the jackets that has a lace on the elbow ( love it) and also for the drop crotch pants, considered the summer hit.

Ellus 2nd floor- Very happy surprise

Again at Ellus second floor show we see the beautiful Panamá hats, now used with great alike Chloe sandals and well cut shirts, lots of plaids in dresses, vest and also socks .The accessories were a high point also, they have fuxico in the dress, at bags, as bracelets, not forgetting to mention the coolest jumbers of the Sao Paulo Fashion week
Two things are on my wish list for the summer: a red and green velour dress and the little back bag that looked like children lunch school bag.

Tufi Duek is no longer the solely owner, but against what everyone was thinking, he kept things his own way at the catwalk. Starting with the most chic models: Brazilian Marcele Bittar, Isabelli Fontana, wearing little gloves to hold small clutch bags, lots of white Gucci like dresses, the most beautiful gold necklace I’ve seen this year, lighted color gladiador sandals.
And to bring the chic to a new level, he was audacious, having most of the hair putted back on a coq, or having them really short.  White was the color and again Chic was the word

Triton SPFW 2008

 

Since last Sao Paulo Fashion week, I have been developing a love for Triton, its college, fresh, Chanel look has brought my interest back to this brand that for a while didn’t say much to me.
Youngster at front row, including the daughter of one of the Daslu owner ( wearing and amazing green dress w/ Chanel bag…)and others, including famous PR’s, soup opera young actress and such.
People were thrilled when Freddie Mercury “I want to break free” started playing , miniskirts, tulip skirts, balloon, the most amazing vests, white with gold beading, “Prada” like stripped print dress, sarong pants, skinny white jeans, red and black plaid, butterflies for the head, and hair and much more.

I was very happy to see another Brazilian being regarded at one of the most important fashion website.  On May/07 Style.com has made an interview with Tereza Santos, Patachou’s owner, it has been said that she has been know since 1980 and that her fame came by her knitwear line with a sexy edge “this is Brazil, after all—even a sweater’s got to have sex appeal” get to know a bit more about Patachou at its website below.
